A Love Story for the Ages: Jeannie and Joe's Nuptial! 

The Story of Us!

Our Love StoryJeannie and Joe’s friendship began over two decades ago, during a difficult time when Jeannie supported Joe, his late wife Gina, and their daughter Angela with kindness and care. Over the years, her presence remained a constant, and their bond grew into a love built on trust, laughter, and shared memories. Jeannie’s four children (Madet, Jose, Grace and Emmanuel) and grandchildren (Jekka, Tasha, Logan, and Lorraine, and one on the way) have become part of their blended family, embraced warmly by Joe. Today, with hearts full of gratitude, Jeannie and Joe celebrate a love that has endured, blossomed, and brought two families into one.

Milet is the bride's cousin, who will travel from across the coast to be with her on this special day.

Emmanuel is the bride's youngest of the brood -- a bright, independent young man.

Jekka is the eldest of the bride's grandchildren -- smart and beautiful.

Tasha is the second of the bride's grandchildren-- shy, but bright and quick-witted young girl.

Logan, the one and only grandson (for now) of the bride's grandchildren -- smart, talented and full of energy.

Loraine is the youngest (for now) of the bride's grandchildren -- vibrant and full of life.

Arlina is the bride's cousin who realized after a few years, that they live just a stone throw away.

Angela is the groom's only child -- smart and artistic. Working on her undergraduate degree in Fine Arts.

Robert is the groom's brother-in-law from his late wife Gina. He stayed in close contact with Joe and continued to keep their friendship. He is in the Philippines and could not attend due to prior commitments.

Jose is the bride's son -- caring, talented and a loving husband to Precious and a doting and devoted father to Logan.  He's talent and artistry in party decor will be displayed for this special occasion.

Madet is the bride's eldest daughter -- stepped in for her mom when she traveled to the U S and took care of her young siblings. Tough, bright and full of promise. A loving wife to Tim and caring mother to Loraine.

Madet B. Hocker

Grace is the bride's daughter - gentle, generous and the glue that binds the siblings together. A loving wife to Sam and a very excited expectant mother --  reason why she will not be physically present for the wedding.

Parking -- The Historic Church of Saint John the Evangelist on Rosensteel Avenue has limited parking space. Street parking is also available. The church is located in a residential neighborhood.
